MARION, Ind. -- The Fightin' Engineers men's track team traveled nine individuals to compete in the 10,000-meter run at the Indiana Little State Championship hosted by Indiana Wesleyan on Friday night.

Rhys Phelps was the top performer for Rose-Hulman, finishing in fifth place with a time of 32:39.14. 

Chris Lynn followed him with a seventh-place finish and a time of 32:43.85.

Thomas Tullius rounded out the top three finishers for Rose-Hulman with an eighth-place finish, running a time of 32:44.51.

The Fightin' Engineers will return to competition tomorrow, in the Indiana DIII Championships hosted by DePauw University, starting at 11 AM.
