FRANKLIN, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman softball team traveled to take on Franklin College in HCAC action Wednesday afternoon. The team suffered two losses to the Grizzlies with scores of 8-0 and 7-0. This drops the team to 10-10 overall and 4-4 in the HCAC.
The Fightin' Engineers had a tough day at the plate, struggling to get the offense going in both games against the Grizzlies.

Lucille Pyrz earned the team's only two hits in the first game of the doubleheader.
Phoebe Worstell highlighted the second game, going 2-3 at the dish.
Rose-Hulman softball will return home to continue conference play against the Earlham Quakers on Saturday, April 19, at 1 PM and 3 PM.
