ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- The Rose-Hulman men's golf team picked up a third-place finish in the Viking Invitational with a score of 599 (+23).
The team was led by
Alex Bilodeau, who tied for second place individually, shooting rounds of 72 and 72 to finish at even par with a final score of 144.Â
Nate Benson also made an impact with a tie for eighth place after shooting rounds of 76 and 71, totaling a final score of 147 (+3).
Luke Poole rounded out the top three finishers for Rose-Hulman with a tie for 11th place, shooting rounds of 74 and 74 to finish with a score of 148 (+4).
The Rose-Hulman men's golf team will return to action in the HCAC Championships hosted by Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, from Friday, May 9, to Sunday, May 11.Â
