TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers men's track & field team traveled individuals to compete in the Sycamore Open hosted by Indiana State this weekend.
The team was led by
Antoine Cooper with an outstanding performance in the Discus. Cooper earned a seventh-place finish in the meet with a mark of 169' 4.0".
His mark ranks second in the school record books and 13th in all of NCAA Division III this season.
Andrew Shield had another notable performance, finishing fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.46.
The Rose-Hulman men's track & field team will look ahead to compete in the NCAA Outdoor Championships from Thursday, May 22, to Saturday, May 24.
