TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) has released the 2023-24 GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Award recipients. Rose-Hulman's men's golf team has earned its spot on this year's list of award winners.
The team joins 292 schools across six divisions to earn the recognition from the GCAA this past season. The Fightin' Engineers are one of only 27 NCAA Division III schools represented in the awards release.
This is the fourth consecutive season that the team has earned the honor. All-Academic Teams must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher as a team to be eligible for this award.
The GCAA is the professional organization of men's collegiate golf coaches. Their mission is to support its member coaches from six divisions, including the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA, by creating educational opportunities, providing resources, and promoting its members. The GCAA also recognizes the excellence and achievements of its members and their student-athletes in academic, athletic, and civic endeavors.
