TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers men's tennis team returns home to host Wabash on Sunday, March 29, at 11 AM. The team's match against Principia on Saturday, March 28, has been canceled.  

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The team stands at 8-6 overall this season in dual matches.
* The Fightin' Engineers come off a conference win over Franklin on Sunday with a final score of 7-0.
* Ervin Perkowski was named the HCAC Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week. 
* Perkowski finished the weekend with an undefeated 6-0 record with wins over MSOE, Trine, and Franklin.
* The Fightin' Engineers were picked as the favorites to win the HCAC this season, earning 42 points and seven first-place votes.
* Rose-Hulman has won the HCAC Title the past two seasons, going undefeated in HCAC play both years.
* Tim Eckermann and Ervin Perkowski were named First Team All-HCAC last season. 
* Ephraim Guthrie, Eli McIntyre, and Chris Lian were named Honorable Mention All-HCAC.
* The team is led by Head Coach Matt Wilson in his third season at the helm of the tennis program.
* After hosting their tri-match, Rose will return to HCAC play, hosting Transylvania on Saturday, April 4, at 2 PM.

WABASH NOTES: 
* Wabash stands at 9-7 overall this season. 
* The team has won four matches in a row, most recently defeating Ohio Northern with a final score of 4-3.
* Rafael Rin is the team's No. 1 singles player.
* Rin and Augusto Ghidini are the top doubles team for the Little Giants. 
* The team is led by Head Coach Daniel Bickett in his seventh season with the team.
* After competing against Rose-Hulman and Principia, Wabash will host WashU on Saturday, March 28, at 4 PM.

WABASH SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Human trails in the all-time series against Wabash with a record of 12-39 against the Little Giants.
* Rose has dropped their last two matches against Wabash, dating back to 2023
* The Fightin' Engineers fell to Wabash last season with a final score of 6-1.
