TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers men's tennis team will travel to take on the Hanover Panthers this Thursday, April 23, at 5 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands atop the HCAC standings with a record of 11-7 overall and an undefeated 5-0 record in the conference.
* The Fightin' Engineers received their first NCAA Regional Ranking in program history earlier this month.
* The team sits in the top six teams in NCAA Region VI.
* The men's team also ranks 62nd in the ITA National Rankings across all of NCAA Division III.
* Rose-Hulman has won their last three matches, defeating Transylvania, Earlham, and Anderson.

Ephraim Guthrie leads the team in singles play with a record of 16-3 this season.

Tim Eckermann follows him with 10 singles wins this season.

Ervin Perkowski is the team's top doubles player with 13 wins in doubles play.

Chris Lian follows him, tallying 11 doubles wins this season.
* The top doubles duo this season has been
Eli McIntyre and Perkowski with a record of 11-5.
* The Fightin' Engineers were picked as the favorites to win the HCAC this season, earning 42 points and seven first-place votes.
* Rose-Hulman has won the HCAC Title the past two seasons, going undefeated in HCAC play both years.

* After traveling to face Hanover, Rose-Hulman will return home to host Senior Day on Sunday, April 26, against Manchester at 2 PM.
HANOVER NOTES:
* Hanover ranks fifth in the HCAC standings with a record of 7-5 overall and 3-3 in the HCAC.
* The team has lost their last four matches, most recently falling to DePauw with a final score of 7-0.
* The Panthers are led by Jake Fascione, competing at No. 1 singles.
* Fascione and Sebastian Vogel are the team's top doubles team in the No. 1 spot this season.
* Hanover was selected to finish fifth in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 23 points.
* The team is led by Head Coach Eric Larue in his ninth season with the Panthers.
* After hosting Rose-Hulman, Hanover will look ahead to compete in the HCAC Championships on Saturday, May 2.
