TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers men's tennis team will travel to take on Earlham College in HCAC action on Saturday, April 11, at 2 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The team stands at 9-7 overall and 3-0 in the HCAC this season.
* The Fightin' Engineers come off big win over Transylvania with a final score of 5-2.

Tim Eckermann was named the HCAC Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week for his performance against the Pioneers.
* Eckermann went 2-0, picking up wins at No. 1 doubles, 6-3, and No. 1 singles, 6-4, 7-6, (12-10).
*
Ephraim Guthrie leads the team in singles play with 14 wins on the season.
*
Ervin Perkowski follows him with nine singles wins on the year.
* Perkowski is the top doubles player for the Fightin' Engineers with 11 wins.
* The best double team this season has been Perkowski and
Eli McIntyre, with a record of 9-4.
* The Fightin' Engineers were picked as the favorites to win the HCAC this season, earning 42 points and seven first-place votes.
* Rose-Hulman has won the HCAC Title the past two seasons, going undefeated in HCAC play both years.

EARLHAM NOTES:
* Earlham stands at 6-4 overall and 2-1 in the HCAC.
* The Quakers will face Mount Union on Thursday, April 9, at 3 PM, before hosting Rose-Hulman.
* Ryan Fox is the team's No. 1 singles player.
* Martin Suarez and Pedro Alves Sette represent the team at No. 1 doubles.
* The Quakers have been picked to finish fourth in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 24 points.
* The team is led by Head Coach Jacob Freeland in his first year with the team.
* After hosting Rose, Earlham will host Berea on Saturday, April 11, at 2 PM.
