Athletic Training Returner Checklist

STEPS TO COMPETE IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS AT ROSE-HULMAN:

Rose-Hulman student-athletes are required to complete steps on Sportsware, XNLT Brain, and complete a mental health screening* (which will be done on campus through the Student Counseling Center) before being allowed to participate in varsity athletics.

Intercollegiate Athletic Physicals will be administered by Rose-Hulman team physicians in the athletic training room. The Physical Dates will be posted when they are finalized.

*Required by the NCAA

The steps to compete in Varsity Athletics at Rose-Hulman include:

1) Update Sportsware Account (ALL INFORMATION DUE AUGUST 1)
              a. You do not need to create a new account.  Log in using your previously created RH email account.
              b. Update Insurance (Upload image of front and back of card)
              c. Sign Attachments (Agreement to disclose injuries, Authorization for release of medical information, Assumption of risk)

2) Update XLNTbrain Concussion Baseline (ALL INFORMATION DUE AUGUST 1)
              a. You do not need to create a new account.  Log in using your previously created RH email account.
              b. Use passcode for Rose-Hulman (RH Athlete)
              c. Select your Team(s)
              d. Watch Video
              e. Take Baseline Test

3) Mental health screening will be done on campus through the Student Counseling Center. This does not require any additional appointments to be made before coming to campus.

4) Complete a physical on your designated team physical date in August. Physical dates can be seen HERE.
