* Helped Rose-Hulman defeat the likes of Butler, Eastern Illinois - Normal and Indiana State in 1919 and 1920
* President of Glenmore Distilleries in Louisville from 1946 to 1964
* Honored as a Rose-Hulman Honor Alumni in 1982, following his death in 1981
