TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology returns home for a matchup against Millikin University on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. at Hulbert Arena.
The Fightin' Engineers (2-4) return to action following a thrilling 67-66 victory over Transylvania that featured a game-winning layup at the buzzer by senior Michael Hallstein. Junior Tyler Duffy led three Rose-Hulman players in double figures with a career-high 21 points in the win.
Senior Corey Povaleri continues to lead the Fightin' Engineers in scoring at 13.0 points per game, with Duffy adding 12.0. Junior Matt Loesing adds 8.8 points per game, junior Jimmy Miller scores 7.0 and sophomore Wade Stallings rounds out the projected lineup with 4.7 points per game.
Millikin stands 4-4 on the season after falling 75-69 to Greenville on Monday. The Big Blue have wins over Westminster, MacMurray, Principia and Robert Morris-Peoria this season. TJ Griffin (16.4 ppg) and TJ Sims (11.8 ppg) are double-figure scorers for Millikin this season.
Following Wednesday's game, the Fightin' Engineers return to action with a conference game at Manchester University on Saturday.
