TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball game with Mount St. Joseph will now take place on Sunday, Feb. 22, at 3 p.m.

The contest was moved from Saturday to Sunday due to a projected significant snow and ice mix scheduled for the Terre Haute area on Friday and Saturday.

The Fightin' Engineers (14-10, 10-7 HCAC) secured the No. 4 seed for the upcoming HCAC Tournament by defeating Franklin College 79-61 on Wednesday night.  Rose-Hulman has won four of its last five games to also secure its fifth consecutive winning season.  The Fightin' Engineers will seek their fourth consecutive HCAC Tournament and NCAA Division III Tournament trip next weekend.

Mount St. Joseph has clinched at least a share of the first men's basketball conference championship in school history.  The Lions (19-5, 14-3 HCAC) would secure the No. 1 seed and hosting rights for next week's conference tournament with a win at Rose-Hulman on Saturday.

Rose-Hulman will celebrate Senior Day for two team members prior to the 3 p.m. tipoff.  Corey Povaleri (#15) has scored 311 career points in 64 games as a Fightin' Engineer.  Michael Hallstein (#53) has recorded career totals of 206 points and 145 rebounds in 66 contests.

Povaleri (10.1 ppg) has been joined in the starting lineup this season by sophomore Wade Stallings (5.0 ppg); junior Tyler Duffy (10.3 ppg); junior Jimmy Miller (10.4 ppg); and junior Matt Loesing (9.8 ppg).  Dillon Reynolds scored a career-high 17 points off the bench in Wednesday's win over Franklin, and Collin Wojcik has led the reserves in scoring average (9.3 ppg).

Mount St. Joseph has won four straight games and six of its last seven to win its first conference regular season championship.  Joel Scudder is the team's leading scorer at 15.3 points per game.  Femi Thompson (12.5 ppg) and Mark Allen (10.6 ppg) also average double figures in scoring.

After Sunday's game, Rose-Hulman will face No. 5 seeded Hanover College in the HCAC Tournament Opening Round Game on Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. at the site of the conference champion.
