TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology softball team opens Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play on Saturday at Bluffton with a 1 pm doubleheader. The Fightin' Engineers then return home for a non-conference matchup twinbill against Oberlin on Sunday at 1 pm.

Nicole Lang leads the team with a .467 batting average, 9 doubles, 3 home runs and a .911 slugging average.
