TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology softball team hosts Hanover College TONIGHT (April 28) at 5:30 pm for a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader.

ROSE-HULMAN GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands 15-13 overall and needs two wins in the season's final four games to secure the program's first winning season since 2015.
* Nicole Lang leads the team with a 12 doubles, 5 home runs and a .753 slugging average.  Lang has a .412 batting average on the season.
* Ashley Pinkham is batting .375 with 7 doubles and 19 RBIs to provide an offensive boost.
* Other consistent offensive contributors have been highlighted by Ariel Thomasson (.365, 8 2B); Hailey Hofmann (.313, 1 2B); MaKenzie Morgan (.294, 10 2B, 2 3B) and Phoebe Worstell (.273, 1 2B, 1 HR)
* Thomasson leads the pitching staff with a 8-4 record, a 2.27 ERA and 72 strikeouts in 77 innings of work.
* Phoebe Worstell threw the 4th no-hitter in Rose-Hulman softball history as part of the spring trip in a 12-1 win over Finlandia.  Worstell is 4-4 with a 4.67 ERA and 42 strikeouts entering the week.
* Baylee Uhrick picked up her first HCAC win on Wednesday by pitching 3.2 scoreless innings as part of the team's 9-4 win at Manchester.
