TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- We are now closing in on four months away from the 2023-24 Rose-Hulman men's basketball season which means it is time to break down the schedule. The full schedule can be seen

The Fightin' Engineers will open their second consecutive season by batting former head coach Rusty Loyd and the DePauw Tigers. Rose-Hulman hosts the Tigers on Friday, November 10 continuing a series that has been going since 1905.
Rose-Hulman will host three more non-conference games including Albion on November 29 and a pair of games in a Round Robin Tournament hosted in Terre Haute. Rose-Hulman will play St. John Fisher on Sunday, December 17 and Millikin on Tuesday, December 19. St. John Fisher and Millikin will play at Hulbert Arena on Monday.
The Fightin' Engineers will make a pair of non-conference road trips to Wooster and Wabash. Rose-Hulman will compete in the Wooster Invitational on November 17 and 18. One of the other teams in the tournament is Hampden-Sydney, and the final team has yet to be announced. The Fightin' Engineers will also visit Wabash on November 26 in a series that began back in 1903.
Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play kicks off on December 2 at Bluffton for a 3:30 tip. Rose-Hulman will also host Mount St. Joseph on December 9 and travel to Hanover on December 13 to finish off the early part of conference action.
After the Christmas, the Fightin' Engineers will play eight more home games including Anderson (December 30), Earlham (January 10 for the John Mutchner Cup), Transylvania (January 13), Bluffton (January 20), Manchester (January 24), Defiance (February 3 on Senior Day), Hanover (February 7), and Franklin (February 16).
Rose-Hulman will also play seven more road games including Franklin (January 3), Defiance (January 6), Manchester (January 17), Transylvania (January 27), Anderson (January 31), Mount St. Joseph (February 10), and Earlham (February 13).
