TERRE HAUTE, Ind. --
Andrew Toler has been named a Preseason All-American punter by The College Football Network, announced last week.
Andrew Toler ranked 5th in all of NCAA Division III in yards per punt at 43.2. Toler trailed only the punters from Redlands, Wooster, Austin, and DePauw. He recorded 38 punts for 1,642 yards during the 2022 season.
Toler's Preseason All-American award marks the fourth consecutive year that the Fightin' Engineers have earned at least one Preseason All-American. He joins
Justin Pierson (2022), Michael Stevens and Shane Welshans (2021), and Gavinn Bakker (2020) to be named a Preseason All-American over the last four years.
The Fightin' Engineers return to the field on August 24 for a scrimmage against Wabash College. They will open the season at home, under the lights, against the DePauw Tigers at 7 PM on September 2.
