RESULTS

BLOOMINGTON, Ill.-- The Rose-Hulman men's swimming and diving traveled to compete against Illinois Wesleyan in a dual meet on Saturday. The Fightin' Engineers defeated the Titans with a final score of 156-124.

The Fightin' Engineers came away with 19 top-two finishes and eight event wins in the meet. The team was led by Vineet Ranade recording wins in the 100-yard backstroke (56.14) and the 200-yard IM (2:02.45). Evan Sellers was also able to pick up a pair of event wins in the 500-yard freestyle (4:55.36) and the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.48). 

Other event winners included Anthony Hoyt in the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.56) and Carter Kirtz in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.25). 

Parker Siddons represented the team in the diving competition placing first in 1-meter diving (256.85) and 3-meter diving (251.65). 

The Fightin' Engineers will return to action on Friday, January 19 as they travel to compete at Franklin College in a battle between the top-2 teams in the HCAC.
