TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman men's swimming and diving team earned a first place finish at the Indiana DIII Championships at Vigo County Aquatic Center this weekend. The team outshined some strong competitors in the meet with a team score of 724.
Vineet Ranade was the standout for the Fightin' Engineers claiming three first-place finishes in the 200 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, and 200 IM. Ranade was also a member of the second-place finishing 400 freestyle relay team.
Parker Siddons was exceptional in the diving competition claiming first place in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving. His teammate
John Dinkel followed him with a strong performance of his own claiming second place in 1-meter and 3-meter diving.
The men's swim-dive team will return to competition hosting Wabash on Friday, October 25 at 7 PM.
