Today's senior spotlight is
Kade Kline, a Mechanical Engineering major from Terre Haute, Indiana. Kline is a senior on the Rose-Hulman baseball team, and he earned 3rd-Team All-Region selections from both the ABCA and D3baseball.com this season. He also became the first player in Rose-Hulman history to hit for the cycle in 2024.
RHITSports: What are you looking forward to most about returning to Rose-Hulman for preseason workouts?
Kade Kline: I am most looking forward to getting one step closer to the season.
RHITSports: What is your most memorable moment at Rose-Hulman throughout the last three years?
Kline: The most memorable moment for me during my time at Rose-Hulman is everything that happens at Homecoming.
RHITSports: What is your biggest hidden talent?
Kline: My biggest hidden talent is having no baseball knowledge but still playing.
RHITSports: What are your future plans after graduating from Rose-Hulman?
Kline: I am planning to get a job that pays me the most.
RHITSports: Who has made the biggest impact on your life?
Kline: My parents have been the biggest influence on me because they have supported me even when I didn't support myself.
RHITSports: What is the best piece of advice that you can give to the incoming freshmen at Rose-Hulman?
Kline: The best piece of advice that I can give is to get an internship early in the year.
