TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's cross country team finished the John McNichols Invitational with a 23rd-place finish on Saturday at the LaVern Gibson Cross Country Course. 

Sam Rinker was the top finisher for the Fightin' Engineers with a 54th-place finish and a time of 25:19.3.

Carter Lindfelt (26:20.2), Eduardo Del Rosal (26:31.4), Joshua Pohle (26:37.6), and Chris Lynn (26:51.7) rounded out the top five finishers for Rose-Hulman in the meet. 

Rose-Hulman will look ahead to compete in the DIII Pre-National Meet on Friday, October 4 with the open race starting at 7:15 PM and the varsity race beginning at 9:45 PM.
