RICHMOND, Ky. – The Fightin' Engineers concluded the fall season on the best possible note, winning the HCAC Preview. Rose-Hulman recorded a team score of 611 (+35), beating Anderson by one stroke to achieve first place.
 
Austin Frick thrived on both days of the competition, where he became the individual champion with a score of 148 (+4). Frick recorded a score of 73 (+1) on round one, where he hit five birdies to finish the day in first place. He would add a score of 75 (+3) on the second round, while adding two more birdies to secure his first-place finish.
 
Aditya Reddy added a third-place finish as an individual golfer, recording a score of 150 (+6). He concluded the tourney with six birdies, all of which came on the first round.
 
Ryan Beerheide achieved a sixth-place finish, posting a score of 151 (+7). He recorded six birdies as well, hitting four on day two.
 
Owen King came in eighth place with a score of 152 (+8). He hit five birdies, which all came on day one of the HCAC Preview.
 
Nate Benson added a 20th-place finish, recording a score of 160 (+16).
 
Ben Brander placed 37
th overall, where he hit a 166 (+22) score, while recording three birdies in the first round.
 
Connor Bishop competed individually, where he came in 44
th place with a score of 170 (+26). He hit four total birdies, with two coming on each day.
 
Eli Kelley added a 49th-place finish with a 173 (+29) score as an individual golfer, where he hit two birdies in the opening round.
