TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's swimming and diving team picked up a big win in their dual meet against Anderson with a final score of 152-62. This is the first dual meet win of the year for the Fightin' Engineers.
Rose-Hulman finished the meet with 10 event wins and 26 top-three finishes in the meet.
Parker Siddons led the team in the diving competition, winning both the 1-meter (222.05) and 3-meter (192.10) diving competitions.
Trevor Wiley was the standout in the pool with three event wins. Wiley placed first in both the 200 freestyle (1:48.29) and the 100 butterfly (54.09). He then placed first as a member of the 400 freestyle relay team with a time of 3:21.05.
Eric Sinclair also had an impressive night for the Fightin' Engineers with event wins in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.34) and as a member of the 200 Medley Relay team (1:40.25).
Rose-Hulman will return to action, hosting Wittenberg on Friday, November 21, at 6 PM.
