TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology softball team will continue their conference schedule, traveling to Anderson on Wednesday, April 30, at 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
ROSE-HULMANÂ NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands at 16-12 overall and 8-6Â in the HCAC this season.
* The Fightin' Engineers come off a busy weekend, splitting two doubleheaders against Manchester and Earlham.Â

Jessica Newsom has been the standout at the plate, leading the team with 36 hits, 22 runs scored, and five stolen bases this season.Â

Aubrey Smith has also been a productive hitter with a .384 batting average, a 1.184 OPS, 11 doubles, five home runs, and 31 RBIs.

Phoebe Worstell has made an impact in the circle this season, totaling 62.1 innings pitched, 68 strikeouts, and a 2.92 ERA.
* The Fightin' Engineers have been picked to finish seventh in the HCAC preseason poll, receiving 34 points.Â

* The Ravens enter the mid-week matchup with a record of 10-18 overall and 6-6 in the HCAC.Â
* The team comes off a doubleheader sweep over Bluffton with scores of 4-3 and 11-0.
* Alayna Hart is a standout at the plate for the Ravens with 37 hits, a .389 batting average, and 10 RBIs.
