CARMEL, Ind. -- The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) announced their weekly award winners for the sport of football. Rose-Hulman kicker Trevor Saguto has been named the HCAC Special Teams Athlete of the Week. 

Saguto was a key contributor on special teams for the Fightin' Engineers against Albion. The senior mechanical engineering major totaled six punts for 228 yards with an average of 38 yards per punt and a long of 48 yards.

The Saint Charles, Missouri native was also perfect on field goals, draining one from 28 yards out and making both of his extra point attempts. 

This is the first HCAC Athlete of the Week award for Saguto in his college career with the Fightin' Engineers.

The Rose-Hulman football team will take their bye week, then return home to host Hanover for homecoming on Saturday, October 4, at 2 PM.
