* The men have tallied 259.95 power points from the USTFCCCA to reach the No. 3 spot in the poll. The women's point total stands at 100.67
* Last week, Rose-Hulman placed first on the men's side and sixth in the women's competition at Wittenberg
* The Fightin' Engineers have won 18 consecutive HCAC Men's Track and Field Championships (10 outdoor, 8 indoor) dating back to 2008
* The women's squad won the 2018 HCAC Indoor Championship and joins the men in being picked as the Outdoor Favorites this season
* HCAC Athletes of the Week for last week included Josh Hennig (Men's Runner of the Week) and Trey Sykes (Men's Field Event Athlete of the Week)
* Returning men's conference champions from the 2017 outdoor season include John Evans (4-x-400 relay); Eric Fiacable (hammer); Josh Hennig (4-x-400 relay); Josh Himes (discus and shot put); Aaron Lannoy (800); and Trey Sykes (triple jump)
* Returning women's conference champions from the 2017 outdoor season include Camille Blaisdell (3,000-meter steeplechase); Gabi Razma (triple jump); and 2018 indoor All-American Jaclyn Setina (high jump)
