TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Individuals from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology track and field teams will compete at the Indiana University Billy Hayes Invitational on Friday.
Rose-Hulman News & Notes:
* The Rose-Hulman men's and women's track and field teams swept the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships last weekend.
* Rose-Hulman won its 11th straight HCAC men's outdoor title and its 19th consecutive team title at an HCAC championship (8 indoor). RHIT has won every contested HCAC men's track and field championship since 2008.
* The women's squad captured its first HCAC outdoor title and its third overall conference title. The women previously won the 2011 and 2018 HCAC indoor titles.
* Rose-Hulman completed a rare 'double triple-crown' by winning both team championships. RHIT won men's and women's HCAC team championships in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field this season.
* Rose-Hulman is ranked No. 3 in the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Men's Region rankings and stands No. 12 in the Women's Regional Rankings this week.
* The men have tallied 234.47 power points from the USTFCCCA to reach the No. 3 spot in the poll. The women's point total stands at 113.83.
