TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology softball team faces John Jay (2:30 pm) and Mitchell (5 pm) in a pair of contests on Tuesday in Clermont, Florida.

• Rose-Hulman battled before falling 9-5 to Loras and 8-7 to Northland in the 2020 season opener on Monday.
• In the opener, Emily Struble had two singles and two RBIs, and Gabrielle Davison added two hits and two runs scored against Loras.
• Against Northland, Nicole Lang launched a home run, Ashley Pinkham had two singles, and MaKenzie Morgan tallied a double and a triple to balance the offense.
• Rose-Hulman returns two honorable mention all-conference performers in senior Emily Struble and sophomore Angela Boulboulle from the 2019 squad.
• After Tuesday's games, Rose-Hulman will face Saint Mary's (Minn.) and Elizabethtown on Wednesday.
