TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has been picked to finish seventh in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's basketball standings this season, accordingly to the league preseason poll released on Wednesday.
Transylvania received six first place votes and 95 total points to capture first place in the preseason poll.
Hanover, Mount St. Joseph and Franklin were picked second through fourth and each received at least one first-place vote.
Bluffton and Anderson were picked fifth and sixth, with Rose-Hulman and Manchester tied for seventh. Defiance and Earlham rounded out the poll.
Rose-Hulman compiled a 2-6 record during the limited 2020-21 regular season. The HCAC release lists junior

Rose-Hulman begins the 2021-22 regular season on Nov. 13 with a home matchup against Berea.
