Rose-Hulman Baseball Heads to Hanover Today at 4 PM

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology baseball team travels to Hanover on Wednesday at 4 pm in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action.

COMPLETING THE SUSPENDED GAME:
* Before the two teams play their regularly scheduled 9-inning game, Rose-Hulman and Hanover must complete a suspended game from March 13.
* Rose-Hulman holds a 7-2 lead and is coming to the plate in the top of the 9th inning of the suspended game which begins at 4 pm.
* Once the suspended game is over, the box score from the game will be posted and tagged to its original game date of March 13.
* The regularly scheduled 9-inning game will begin shortly after the conclusion of the suspended game.

ROSE-HULMAN GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands 6-5 overall entering Wednesday's action.  The suspended game result will be officially added to the record at the end of today's contest.
* The Fightin' Engineers are batting .275 as a team with 20 doubles and 3 home runs.
* Alex Gavrilovich leads the offense with a .444 batting average on 8-18 with two doubles.
* Brett Tuttle is hitting .357 with 10 hits in 28 at bats.
* Manuel Lopez (.348, 2 2B, 1 HR); Luke Calabrese (.333, 3 2B); AJ Ernst (.333; 1 2B); Andy Krajecki (.313); Logan Cody (.303, 3 2B, 1 HR); and Drew Roberts (.300, 1 2B) are all over the .300 mark currently.
* The pitching staff has a 3.02 ERA entering Wednesday's action.  Ben Yoss stands 3-0 with a 3.44 ERA, while Matthew Rouse is 1-1 with 22 K and a 1.50 ERA in 24 IP.
* Jacob Petrisko stands 1-1 and would get his second win of the season if the Engineers hold on to the lead in the suspended game.
