GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology came home 5th in the second DePauw Women's Track and Field Invitational in the team's final tune-up for next week's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship.
Rofiat Adeyemi led the performance with a win in the triple jump after a mark of 36' 3".
Second-place finishers included
Claire Perkins in the pole vault (9' 4 1/4") and
Evelyn Utley in the shot put (39' 8 3/4").
Kyra Hicks added a third place in the triple jump (33' 9 1/4"). Fourth-place finishers included
Katrina Agustin in the 60 (8.19);
Madison Lindfelt in the 800 (2:29.57); and
Christina Rogers in the 200 (28.00).
Rose-Hulman returns to action at the HCAC Indoor Championships next Saturday at Defiance College.
