TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology had three athletes compete in the Indiana State Open at Indiana State on Saturday afternoon.
Rofiat Adeyemi took home a 1st place finish in the Triple Jump with a mark of 37' 8.75" which just missed her school record mark of 37' 9.5".
Adeyemi also recorded a 4th place finish in the Long Jump with a mark of 17' 0.75".
Katrina Agustin added a 4th place finish in the 60m dash with times of 8.15 in the prelims and 8.14 in the finals.
Narindwa Semakula took home a 5th place finish in the 60m hurdles with times of 9.11 in the prelims and 9.12 in the finals.
The Fightin' Engineers will return next weekend on Saturday at Mount St. Joseph for the HCAC Championship Meet.
