GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's track and field team placed 4th at the Indiana Division III Championships with 14 top-five performances on Saturday at DePauw University.
Kyra Hicks provided a first-place finish with a triple jump mark of 37' 1 1/4".
Second-place finishers included
Jada Hunter-Hays with the No. 3 ranked 400-hurdles time in school history (1:07.76);
Madison Lindfelt in the 3000 steeplechase (12:32.30); and
Kylie Rathbun in the javelin (116' 0").
Top three placements also included Hicks in the long jump and
Evelyn Utley in the javelin (114' 4"). Utley added top-five finishes in the shot put and discus.
The Fightin' Engineers return home for the Rose-Hulman Twilight Meet on Friday April 21 at Cook Stadium.
