TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's track and field team brought home a second-place finish at the third edition of the Friday Night Spikes series. It is the third second-place finish of the season for the Fightin' Engineers.
The Fightin' Engineers brought home eight top-three finishes with two event wins in the meet.
Jocelyn Onstot opened the meet with a bang with the school record in the 5000m run by over 28 seconds with a time of 18:19.39 en route to a second-place finish.
Rofiat Adeyemi also won the Triple Jump with a season-best mark of 37' 5" which ranks #15 in Division III.
The 4x200m relay team of

Jada Hunter-Hays,
Emma Johns, and
Lauren Marquardt brought home the lone event win of the day with a 1:50.27.
The Fightin' Engineers will return to action on Friday, February 2 at 5 PM as they hit the road for the first time of the season for the Joe Banks Invitational at Ohio Northern.
