GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's track and field team brought home a first-place finish from the DePauw Indoor Invitational on Saturday. The Fightin' Engineers used four first-place finishes to cruise to their second meet win of the season.
Raymond Bates led the Fightin' Engineers with a pair of top-3 finishes. He won the 400m dash with a time of 51.21, and he came in third in the 200m dash with a time of 23.24.
Prescott Brackett also brought home the win in the 200m dash with a time of 23.14
Kyle Brownell and
James Kaunas won the field events for Rose-Hulman in the High Jump and the Triple Jump.
Rose-Hulman will return to the track next Friday, February 16 for their final Friday Night Spikes meet of the season in the Rose-Hulman SRC.
