TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's track and field team hosted their final regular season meet of the 2024 season, and the Fightin' Engineers brought home their second consecutive and third overall first-place finish.

The team came away with six first-place finishes on the night including claiming first in four different field events with the long jump, high jump, pole vault, and triple jump.

Alejandro Clark earned a first-place finish in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.38, and the men's 4x400-meter relay team of James Crocker, Will Boschen, Aslan Henderson, and Sawyer Richter earned a first-place finish with a time of 3:56.13 to round out the running events.

The Fightin' Engineers also cruised to sweep in the three jump events with Bryce Chen in the long jump (20' 8"), Joe Jansen in the high jump (5' 9.75"), and James Kaunas in the triple jump (43' 10").

Colin Welsh won the pole vault with a mark fo 12' 6" to round out the six event wins.

The Fightin' Engineers return to action on Saturday, February 17 at 12 PM as they travel across town to the Indiana State Open at 12 PM for their final regular season meet of the 2024 indoor season.
