TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's track & field team earned a third-place finish in their final home meet of the season at the Twilight Invitational on Friday night.
Rose-Hulman earned 11 top-three finishes on the day, and they took the time during the meet to honor their seniors and their Head Coach
Larry Cole in his final outdoor meet at Rose-Hulman.
The team was led by
Narindwa Semakula in the running events with a first-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.31.
Rofiat Adeyemi was the star in the field events with an event win in the triple jump (36' 4") and a second-place finish in the long jump (16' 10.75").
The team will look ahead to compete at the HCAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Manchester University on Friday, April 26, and Saturday, April 27.
