FINAL HIGH JUMP RESULTS
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology senior
Kyle Brownell has earned 1st-Team All-American honors with a 6th-place finish in the High Jump on Friday afternoon.
Brownell cleared a career-high mark of 6' 9.75" and 2.08 meters on his second attempt. The mark breaks the school record and ranks 4th all-time in HCAC history.
He is the 59th All-American in Rose-Hulman track and field history after finishing in 6th place in the event.
The All-American award for Brownell is the second of his career after a 7th place finish in the NCAA Outdoor High Jump in 2022. He is just the second multiple-time All-American in High Jump for Rose-Hulman since
Liz Evans.
