Today's senior spotlight is Jillian Gregg, a Biomedical Engineering major from Marshall, Indiana. Gregg is a senior on the Rose-Hulman women's volleyball team, and the 2023 2nd-Team All-HCAC selection currently ranks 6th in school history in career assists with 1,700.

RHITSports: What are you looking forward to most about returning to Rose-Hulman for preseason workouts?
Jillian Gregg: I am looking forward to spending time with my teammates and improving as a team.

RHITSports: What is your most memorable moment at Rose-Hulman throughout the last three years?
Gregg: My most memorable moment was when we went undefeated at home for the Rose-Hulman Invitational my sophomore year. Beating Hanover in the post-season is also always a highlight since my sister graduated from Hanover.

RHITSports: What is your biggest hidden talent?
Gregg: My sewing skills are one of my biggest hidden talents.

RHITSports: What are your future plans after graduating from Rose-Hulman?
Gregg: My plans for after graduation are undecided at this time.

RHITSports: Who has made the biggest impact on your life?
Gregg: My mom has had the most influence on my life because she has always supported me and has committed a lot of hours and thousands of miles to my volleyball career over the years. I can always rely on her for advice and to hype me up when I need it.

RHITSports: What is the best piece of advice that you can give to the incoming freshmen at Rose-Hulman?
Gregg: My best piece of advice is to never be afraid to ask for help when you need it, whether it is in the classroom or on the court. Also, remember that you have to improve on your fitness test scores each year.
