TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's volleyball team had two student-athletes named to the CSC Academic All-District list for the 2025 season.
CSC Academic All-District honorees included senior chemical engineering major
Lily Ebright and sophomore computer science major
Julia Irmen.
Ebright has been a standout this season, leading the team and the conference with 586 digs and 5.98 digs per set. Ebright also finished the season ranking second on the team with 44 service aces and 97 assists. She finishes her career ranking second in the school record book in career digs with 2,601. Ebright became the first student-athlete in RHIT and HCAC history to earn HCAC Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-HCAC honoree four years in a row. This is Ebright's third season earning CSC Academic All-District.
Irmen has been an impactful player for the Fightin' Engineers this season. Irmen recorded a team-high 1,023 assists, averaging 10.03 assists per game, and ranking third on the team with 35 service aces. She finished the year ranking second in the conference in both total assists and assists per set this season. She also ranks 20th in service aces and 20th in the conference with 289 digs. This is the first time Irmen has been named CSC Academic All-District in her college career.
CSC Academic All-District Team honorees are chosen by the national organization based on combined academic and athletic accomplishments. Nominees must have a GPA above 3.50 in at least the sophomore year, and they must have either played in 90% or started 66% of their team's games.
