TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's track and field team picked up a first-place finish from the second edition of the Friday Night Spikes series on Friday night.

Rose Talbert led the Fightin' Engineers with FOUR first-place finishes in the 200m Dash, 400m Dash, 4x200m Relay, and 4x400m Relay.

Alex Adams also won a pair of events with an 8.15 in the 60m Dash and as a part of the 4x200m Relay.

Iliana Hernandez and Ally Smith teamed up in both relays to sweep the team events.

Lena Darini was the lone Rose-Hulman student-athlete to record multiple PRs in the meet in the 200m Dash (32.80) and the 400m Dash (1:13.44).

The Fightin' Engineers return to action next weekend for a dual-meet weekend as they host Friday Night Spikes #3 on Friday, January 31 before traveling to the Indiana State Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 1 for the Midwest Classic.
