TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- We are less than one month away from the 2025 Rose-Hulman baseball season which means it is time to break down the schedule. The full schedule can be seen HERE.

The Fightin' Engineers will open the season on Saturday, February 22, as they travel to the North side of the Indianapolis for a doubleheader with the Ohio Northern Polar Bears at the Grand Park complex in Westfield.

After the games in Atlanta, Rose-Hulman open its spring trip with six games in Kentucky and one game in Illinois. The Fightin' Engineers will travel to Danville for a three-game series with the Centre Colonels. Then, following a mid-week contest at Greenville, Rose-Hulman will travel back to Kentucky for the Derby City Classic in Louisville with two games against Spalding and one game against #5 Denison.

Rose-Hulman will open their 2025 home slate on March 15 and 16 as they host the Elmhurst Blue Jays for a three-game series. The Fightin' Engineers will host two more non-conference during the season with Greenville coming to town on April 2 and DePauw visiting Terre Haute on April 9.

The Fightin' Engineers will play five teams this season that qualified for the 2024 NCAA Division III Tournament. Hanover and Spalding both bowed out the Regionals with a 1-2 overall record in the postseason. Hanover fell to #2 Denison in the opening round game, but bounced back with a 4-3 win over Millikin before bowing out with a loss to #23 Rowan. Spalding won their opening game over Beloit, but they lost back-to-back games to Birmingham-Southern and Transylvania to bow out.

Transylvania and Centre both reached the Regional finals, but came up just one game short of advancing. Centre dropped their first round game to Cal Lutheran, but they bounced back with wins over Crown and Cal Lutheran before falling to #5 Wisconsin-Whitewater in the Regional finals. Transylvania also dropped their opening round game to Birmingham-Southern, but they responded with two straight wins over Beloit and Spalding before falling to Birmingham-Southern in the finals.
