CARMEL, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers men's swimming and diving team has been selected to win their sixth straight conference title in the preseason poll conducted by the leagues' head coaches.
The team earned 35 points in the poll results with five first-place votes. Franklin followed closely behind with 32 points and two first-place votes in the standings. Rounding out the top three teams was Transylvania with 25 points.
Manchester and Anderson ranked in the top five with 20 points and 17 points. Hanover and Bluffton finished up the rankings with 11 points and seven points.
The Fightin' Engineers return this season after winning their fifth straight HCAC Championship last season. Rose-Hulman claimed the title last year, winning the meet by nearly 400 points. The team recorded nine school records and crowned 13 HCAC event champions in the meet.
The team returns the HCAC Men's Diver of the Year from last year in
Parker Siddons. Siddons won both the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions in last year's championships.
The Fightin' Engineers also return the HCAC Men's Newcomer of the Year in
Trevor Wiley. Wiley won the 400 IM in last year's championship and claimed second-place finishes in both the 200 IM and 200 butterfly.
Other returning All-HCAC student-athletes for Rose-Hulman include

Aidan Carter, and
Tommaso Calviello.
Anthony Hoyt,
Carter Kirtz,
Aron Varga, and
Travis Zinzer have also been named Players to Watch by the HCAC this season.
The Rose-Hulman men's swimming and diving team will continue their 2025-26 season, returning home to host Anderson on Friday, November 7, at 6 PM.
