TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team will hit the road to take on Anderson in HCAC action on Saturday, December 13, at 3 PM.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands at 4-3 overall and 2-0 in the HCAC this season. 
* The Fightin' Engineers come off a loss to #4 WashU on Tuesday night with a final score of 87-74.
* Joey Schmitz currently leads the team with 18.4 points per game, shooting 57.8% from the floor and 53.5% from beyond the arc.
* Schmitz also leads the team in steals with 16 and minutes, averaging 32.4 minutes per game. 
* Cole Pride has also been a standout, recording 12.6 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, and a team-high 15 blocked shots. 
* Christian Torres leads the team on the glass with 7.4 rebounds per game, while also totaling 8.4 points per game this season.
* Daniel Savovic has been another difference maker with 10.1 points per game and a team-high 21 assists.
* The Fightin' Engineers are currently shooting 47.7% as a team and 34.7% from beyond the arc. 
* Rose-Hulman has been selected to finish second in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 72 points and three first-place votes. 
* The team returns Second Team All-HCAC and HCAC Newcomer of the Year honoree Joey Schmitz for his sophomore season.
* Cole Pride, Daniel Savovic, and Kobe Stoudemire have also been named players to watch by the HCAC. 
* The team is led by Head Coach Nick Sales in his fourth season with the Fightin' Engineers. 
* After traveling to face Anderson on Saturday, Rose-Hulman will continue conference play, hosting Earlham in the John Mutchner Cup on Wednesday, December 17, at 7:30 PM.

* Anderson enters the weekend with a record of 4-4 overall and 2-0 in the HCAC.
* The team comes off a conference win over Berea with a final score of 96-60.
* The Ravens are led by Kenney Troutman with 16.6 points per game this season.
* Nolan Swan is another effective scorer with 13.1 points per game. 
* Elijah Mattingly is also averaging double figures with 12.6 points per game and leads the team with 8.3 rebounds per game.
* Anderson was picked to finish first in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 78 points and seven first-place votes. 
* The team is led by Head Coach Carter Collins in his fourth year with the Ravens.
* After hosting Rose-Hulman, Anderson will continue conference play, traveling to face Hanover on Wednesday, December 17, at 3 PM.
