WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- The No. 19 ranked Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology baseball team opens the 2015 season with a matchup against the University of Mount Union today at 12:30. The start time has been pushed back two hours from its original time due to rain in Florida.
The Fightin' Engineers will compete in six games over the next seven days as part of the team's annual spring trip.
The Fightin' Engineers were ranked No. 19 in the latest Perfect Game weekly poll after the deepest NCAA Division III Tournament run in school history last spring. In addition to its ranking by Perfect Game, Rose-Hulman is also receiving votes in the American Baseball Coaches Association and the D3baseball.com Top 25 polls.

The Fightin' Engineers also advanced to the Regional Championship Game for the first time in program history.
The Spring Trip includes six games spread over seven days in Florida. The Fightin' Engineers open the season on Sunday with a 10:30 a.m. matchup against Mount Union.
